Challenge yourself, compete with yourself, better yourself. The Free Form Fitness Games should be seen as a personal goal. Not the goal of running the fastest time or lifting the most weight or even doing the fastest pushups but about challenging yourself to have a great overall fitness level at whatever age or fitness level you are at. Getting through the event is an accomplishment in itself and we are so proud of the people who take this on as a challenge. This year we have taken out the run and have added different levels to get participation from everyone.
