Sugar kills.
For some more than others. Some people get warning signs to tell them to stop and others get full blown diabetes, metabolic syndrome or cancer. The problem is one of time and complexity. Sugar is a slow killer that can take years to kill and doesn't sound as simple how it kills as something that is instant. If someone dies from being bit by a spider, it's pretty concrete evidence that the spider killed them right away. My guess tells me you probably want to stay away from poisonous spiders.
The same holds true for trying to change the misinformation that has already been promoted.
Fat makes you fat seems pretty simple and easy.
Sugar makes you fat is too complex, doesn't make sense.
Hence why most people still think that fat makes you fat and not sugar makes you fat.
So how do we make the complex simple?
How do we get people to see the instant problem in a slow killer?
PS:I coined the word Sugarbesity, help simplify this message by spreading the word
