I made this on Rogers Daytime TV today - this breakfast dish is full of antioxidants!
Ingredients;
2 cups oats
1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blueberries
1 egg
1/3 cup pecan peices
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
stevia to taste
Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients and then mix together. Bake for 40mins at 375 in an 8 x 8 pan.
Makes 8 servings - 133 calories, 5.4g fat, 18.4g carbs (2.7g fiber), 3.86g protein
